How I Wore It All Black Everything feat. Alise Pattern + It’s Our Anniversary! During my junior high years, over half my closet was 50 shades of black. I wasn’t goth, depressed, grieving, or any of those stereotypical ideas of what it means when you wear black. I just liked clothing in a deep, rich black color. Still do. Now that Texas has finally decided that it’s winter, it’s time for me to break out the long sleeves and faux leather. My top is from my Alise pattern and is my personal favorite from the patterns I’ve created this year. My pants are an old purchase from Banana Republic that I love to break out on special occasions when I want to be comfortable, cute, and don’t want to spend a lot of fuss getting dressed. Today, my husband and I are celebrating 5 years of marriage and I am looking forward to this weekend to celebrate! Enjoy your weekend…I know I will!
