Sewing Pattern Reviews DIY Bomber Jacket // Simplicity 8222 Hey there! I am digging this look with Simplicity 8222 so much because this is my usual weekend outfit. I’m definitely into the casual chic and wish I could wear something similar everyday. I’d love to tell you that I quilted my own fabric, but that would be a lie. lol I purchased this pre-quilted fabric and saved myself a lot of time. This fabric has a shiny side and a matte side. I used the matte side as the right side. My buttons are my absolute favorite part of this entire look because they represent who I am. I was born and raised in Louisiana, and although I couldn’t care less about football, I had to grab these fleur de lis buttons when I saw them. My black jeans, tee, and shoes are from H&M. My sunnies are old (translation: I don’t remember where I purchased them.) Mimi G really hit home with my personal style with this one, so I know that I’ll be making a couple more of these bombers.
