DIY Floral Dress | Camryn Pattern

Dress: Camryn Pattern | Fabric: Joann’s

When I tell you that I fell in love with this fabric at first sight, so true! And I am not a fan of florals or foil print in the least bit.Ā I got the last on the bolt at Joann’s, and was relieved they had enough for this dress! I only needed 1.5 yards (yay!). I was told there is a white version of this fabric floating around, so check your local store!

My only critique is that this fabric is a big loud. So, I wouldn’t make anything with long sleeves or pants because of the rubbing up against the body.

I made my Camryn dress out of this fabric and lined the bodice with a black tricot. I added faux leather accents around the waist and side seams to really make this dress pop and I know that I will be looking for excuses to wear it over and over again.
