Q: Do you offer in-person sewing classes?
A: Thanks for your interest in local classes. At the moment, we only offer online sewing classes available here.
Q: I am new to sewing, how do I get started?
A: Welcome to the world of sewing! We offer a comprehensive and complete beginner sewing class online. You can start learning how to sew today! Purchase the class here.
Q: How do I download my files?
A: Immediately after checkout, you will be presented with the download link for your digital product. A copy of your link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout. Click here for the tutorial.
Q: My files are showing up blank on my mobile phone, what do I do?
A: Our PDF files are formatted for viewing on a laptop or desktop. Some smart phones, such as iPhones, will display a black file. However, your file is perfectly find and in tact. Simply save the file to your computer and print it off.
Q: How many times can I download from digital product?
A: In order to prevent fraud, we allow a 3 time download limit per each digital product. After three downloads, your links will expire and you will need to repurchase the product. Please download your products where you are ready to save them to your computer.
Q: I chose the wrong pattern size, what do I do?
A: Before purchasing, please review the Size Chart to verify you are purchasing the correct pattern size group. If you find you have purchased the wrong size, you will have to purchase another copy.
Q: Where do I get help with how to make my Style Sew Me pattern?
A: Each pattern comes with a printed instruction book and a free sew-along video. You can watch our sew-alongs here.
Q: How do I print and assemble my downloadable sewing pattern?
A: We’ve created a quick video showing you exactly how to do this. Click here for the tutorial.
Q: I received noticed that my package was shipped, but it hasn’t arrived.
A: Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the date your received notice of shipment for the United States Post Office to deliver your package. If you have not received your package, please check with your local post office to coordinate delivery.
Q: Why haven’t I received a tracking number?
A: If you chose First Class Shipping, a tracking number is not included in that postal service. However, you will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
