How to Sew A Long Circle Skirt

Well, hey there!

I’ve been getting lots of requests on how to sew a circle skirt that is a longer version of the circle skirt tutorial. So, here it is!

The key is to fold your fabric differently. That’s it and that’s all!

In this video, I focus primarily on folding the fabric to maximize the length so that you get a super flowy tea or even maxi length circle skirt. You can refer to my previous videos on how to sew a circle skirt (here and here)  and follow those steps to create the skirt you love!

My skirt fabric is old. Very old. It’s a medium weight double knit I purchased over a year ago.  So, I linked to another option up top.

This silhouette is really classic and simple. You can really make it pop with your fabric choice and styling personal touches. I styled mine with an H&M tank and obi belt (linked above). I added a little fun with my animal print pumps!
